Vendor Agreement

Limited space. First come, first serve basis.

  • Vendor is responsible for providing own fabric table clothes.

  • Maximum 2 attendants per table.

  • Vendor is responsible for providing own cash drawer.

  • Vendor is responsible for leaving assigned area cleaned.

  • Set up time: 3:30 pm / Clean Up time: 8:00 pm

  • Full payment is required by November 30th, 2022.

  • Please pay online or make checks to Imagine Weston PTP.

  • Vendor submitting application must be present during event.

  • Imagine Charter is not responsible for loss, theft or damage items.
