About The Event
We are excited to report that preparations and planning have begun for a memorable 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony!
The ceremony will be held on July 16, 2020 at THE BONAVENTURE RESORT & SPA in the Society Lounge at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa starting promptly at 7:00 P.M.
We are asking for a donation of $100.00 per student to cover all expenses associated with the Moving Up Ceremony and the planned events. Your donation will cover the cost of venues, food at the dance and the breakfast, invitations, the program, a copy of the photo/video montage, the t-shirt, entertainment, all decorations and teacher gifts.
Please visit www.ImaginePTP.com to complete the form for payment and T-shirt size or return the bottom portion of this form to your homeroom teacher with your donation in a sealed envelope indicating your child’s full name and “8th Grade Ceremony.” Please make checks payable to: Imagine Charter School at Weston. Write your student’s name on the memo line on your check.
*All checks returned by a bank will incur a $25.00 fee.
Each student will receive an invitation with further details about the ceremony and dance. The invitation will include four (4) tickets for admittance to the ceremony for the parents/legal guardians and 2 guests.
